If you would like to reserve a vendor space for the 2025 HH Hamfest, please complete the form below and someone will reach out to you. Reservations are free, you'll pay the $10 for your space at the door when you purchase your entry ticket.

Upon arrival at the Hamfest, pay at the ticket at the Ticket/HHHC booth (at main entrance (south)) for your reserved tables. There is a discount for multiple tables: Your first table is $10 + admission ($15 total), each additional table space is $5. Each booth space is approximately 10'x10' (map isn't to scale.)

Your tables will be marked with your callsign or the name you reserved tables with to assist you with locating your spot(s).

Outdoor tailgate area to the west of the main building need not be reserved, there is plenty of space. Tailgate fee is $5 + admission ($10 total including your entry ticket to the Hamfest.)

Hamfest entry for vendor setup is available at 6AM EASTERN on Saturday morning, 2 hours before the doors officially open at 8AM.
